Tasting notes
Double Aglianico is a collaborative sparkling rosé wine crafted by the Italian Feudi di San Gregorio and the French Jacques Selosse. Born from the union of Campania and Champagne, this wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. It's a unique bottle where the tradition of Champagne meets the passion of Italy.
In 'The Drops of God' Volume 27, this wine celebrates Shizuku's victory at Monopole. Its pink-orange hue fills the glass with elegance, and the tropical fruit aroma wafts gently, reminiscent of a sweet and refreshing late summer evening.
The appearance is striking with its pink-orange tint, and the bubbles are delicate, dancing beautifully in the glass. Aromas of tropical fruits dominate, with notes reminiscent of mango and papaya. On the palate, the balance of sweetness and acidity is impeccable, with a lively acidity that ties the flavors together. The mouthfeel is soft, expanding gracefully.
The finish is long, leaving a lingering fruit aroma. It's a bottle that elevates special moments. Serve it slightly chilled to enhance its refreshing character.
